At Baby Brezza, we want you and your little one to love your new look. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking number handy until the return is processed.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or your exchange will be shipped within 5-7 business days.
